Pia Jensen

Pia Jensen has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Pia began their career in 2000 as a Sælger at Fredgaard Radio before moving on to become a Souschef at Fredgaard Radio / Fona from 2003 to 2005. In 2005, they joined Alka Insurance as a Sales Consultant and later transitioned to the role of Claims Handler and Software Tester. At Alka Insurance, they played a significant role in supporting claim handlers, handling tests, suggesting new functionalities, and creating functional designs. In 2015, they joined KMD as a Software Tester, and over the years, they worked their way up to become a Senior Test Consultant. During their time at KMD, Pia tested web applications and applications for mobile devices in an agile development team. Pia also had the opportunity to work with an international team based in Poland and Denmark. Most recently, they joined DI - Dansk Industri as an IT-udvikler in 2020.

Pia Jensen has a diverse education history starting from their earliest education in 1996. Pia attended Copenhagen West Business College between 1996 and 2000, where they pursued a Sales assistant degree with a focus on Radio, TV, and multimedia. Following this, they enrolled at Niels Brock from 2000 to 2004 and completed an AP Degree in Innovation.

Continuing their educational journey, Pia attended the Insurance Academy from 2005 to 2006, where they earned a Certified Insurance Advisor certification. Later, they returned to the Insurance Academy from 2009 to 2011 to achieve a Claim handler level 3 degree in Insurance.

In 2014, Pia enrolled at the Copenhagen Business Academy to pursue an AP Degree in Information technology. Pia successfully completed the program in 2019.

Moreover, Pia obtained the ISTQB Foundation certification from the ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board in April 2015.
