Michael Aikenhead

Michael Aikenhead is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in project management and compliance across the banking and financial services sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Specialist and Support Advisory and Direct Banking at Danske Bank, Aikenhead has held various roles including Functional Lead and Process Consultant. Previous experience includes positions as a Senior Data Protection Project Manager at Better Collective, an Automation Consultant at Annealed Consulting, and Senior Project Manager roles at HSBC, Deutsche Bank, Royal Bank of Scotland, and Lloyds Banking Group. Aikenhead completed a Ph.D. in Law from Durham University and holds multiple degrees in Law and Computer Science from the University of Melbourne, alongside pursuing the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
