Sonja Agnieszka Pedersen

Sonja Agnieszka Pedersen is an experienced professional in the field of rewards and compensation, currently serving as a Senior Rewards Consultant at Danske Bank since September 2019. In this role, Sonja provides executive remuneration support, oversees group remuneration reports, and is involved in KPI setup and deferred compensation, including group equity plans. Previously, Sonja held positions at Tetra Pak as a Compensation & Benefits Specialist and at Accenture, where responsibilities ranged from Nordic payroll management to HR analytics.
