Anders Damm began their work experience in 2006 as an Export Trainee at Shipco Transport London. Anders then worked as Customer Service personnel at OK a.m.b.a from 2007 to 2011. In 2011, they served in the Commercial Affairs department of the Royal Danish Consulate General Hong Kong, Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Anders pursued an MSc in Finance & International Business at Aarhus School of Business from 2010 to 2013, during which they focused their thesis on Active vs. Passive fund management. Since 2012, they have been employed at Danske Commodities, starting as a Trader in Intraday Power Trading and gradually progressing to the positions of Director, Head of Intraday Asset Power Trading, Director, Head of Intraday Power Trading, and Manager, Head of Intraday Asset Power Trading. Anders then transitioned to becoming a Lead Trader, US Power Trading and currently serves as the Manager, Head of US Short-Term Power Trading. Their roles at Danske Commodities involved responsibilities such as team management, strategy development, recruitment, and new business development.
Anders Damm completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration & Modern Languages: Spanish at Aarhus School of Business from 2007 to 2010. In 2009, they participated in an exchange program at Universidad Mayor in Santiago, Chile, where they focused on Business Administration. Later, from 2010 to 2013, they pursued a Master's degree in Finance & International Business at Aarhus School of Business.
