Ann-Britt Roesen

Ann-Britt Roesen has extensive legal experience in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, energy law, corporate law, insolvency, and restructuring. Ann-Britt has held positions at companies like Danske Commodities and Kromann Reumert, where Ann-Britt worked as an attorney and later as a senior legal counsel. In addition, Ann-Britt has also worked in international legal consulting at Arla Foods and served as a board member at Danske Advokater. Ann-Britt holds a Master of Laws degree from Aarhus University and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the same institution.
