Igael Flaksman

Igael Flaksman is the CFO at DAOstack. Prior to this, they were the CFO at Appleseeds Academy from April 2018 to September 2021 and at SpaceIL from February 2013 to April 2018. At Appleseeds Academy, they were a member of the CFO management team of 8 employees and was in charge of the organization's ongoing financial activities, planning and budgeting control of more than 50 million NIS. At SpaceIL, they were a management member and was in charge of the organization's ongoing financial activities, planning and budgeting and ongoing budget control of more then 50 millions USD. Igael was also responsible for cash flow planning, preparation of financial statements according to the IFRS and Israeli GAAP, handling of tax issues, engaging and negotiating with service providers and vendors (electronic equipment, CPA, Insurance, attorney, etc.) as well as cooperation with other parties in Israel and abroad. In addition, they were responsible for bookkeeping management, setting organizational work procedures and their implementation, conducting transactions with banks, tax authorities and the Registrar of Non-profit organization, ongoing management of financial accounts and payments to suppliers, and approving legal agreements with various entities in Israel and abroad.

Igael Flaksman has an educational background in accounting and tax from Bar-Ilan University, as well as a L.L.B in law and B.A in business from IDC.

Igael Flaksman reports to Alemsah Ozturk, CEO. They work with Shai Schwartz - VP, Products & R&D, Ivan Santiago Prieto - Senior React Native Engineer.
