Monica Costner

Monica Costner, PMP, has a long and successful career in supply chain management. Monica recently held the position of Director of Sourcing - New Product Development at DAP since 2018. Prior to that, Monica worked at Procter & Gamble for several years, where they held various roles. These roles included being a Supply Chain Initiative Leader/Program Manager, a Supply Chain Initiative Operations Leader, and a Supply Chain Delivery Project/Program Manager. Additionally, Monica served as a Customer Supply Chain Logistics Leader and a Supply Planning Manager for 3rd-Party Manufacturing Supply Chain during their time at Procter & Gamble. Monica has a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, coordinating product launches, assessing supply chain capabilities, and managing logistics. Monica's expertise in supply chain management and their project management skills make their a valuable asset to any organization.

Monica Costner, PMP holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Virginia. Monica also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the same university. In addition to their academic achievements, Monica holds a certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in September 2015.
