Ala'A A. Aladwan

Ala'a A. ALadwan started their work experience in 2015 as a Trainee at the computer center department of Al Balqa'a Applied University. In 2016, they joined Dar Al Dawa Development & Investment Co as a Human Resources - CSR officer. Their responsibilities included preparing department plans for community events and organizing company events, as well as providing assistance to employees. In 2017, they transitioned to the role of Human Resources - Employees Services officer, and in 2018, they became a Human Resources - Personnel Officer, where they monitored staff performance. Since 2022, they have held the position of Sr. Talent Acquisition officer at Dar Al Dawa Development & Investment Co, where they oversee the hiring process and onboarding programs and ensures effective performance management.

Ala'a A. ALadwan obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Al-Balqa' Applied University (BAU) from 2011 to 2015. Prior to that, in 2011, they completed their Tawjihi degree at Al Jaufa Secondary School, specializing in the Scientific Major.
