Shaimaa Sayed

Shaimaa Sayed is an experienced photojournalist and journalist with a career spanning over a decade. Currently working at Raseef22 since June 2015 and as a freelance photojournalist for Dar AlKhaleej Press since May 2014, Shaimaa has also contributed as a freelance photojournalist to Anadolu Agency from November 2015 to June 2017. Previous roles include blogging for FRANCE 24 from July 2014 to March 2017 and serving as a photojournalist, videographer, and multimedia journalist at Elbadil from January 2012 to January 2015. Shaimaa holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Agriculture and Microbiology from Ain Shams University, obtained in 2006. Proficient in image-editing software and multimedia production, Shaimaa has documented significant events in Egypt and developed various news reports and photo stories throughout the career.
