Abdul Basit has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Abdul started their professional career in 2009 at Decent Traders, where they worked as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator, responsible for driving sales and revenue through garment reselling.

In 2013, Abdul joined Frontline Communication as a Customer Service Representative, where they cold-called customers in Ontario to offer duct cleaning services, establish new customer relationships, and handle difficult customers.

In 2014, Abdul had two simultaneous roles. At ICM Japan, they served as a Business Development Executive, focusing on sales and after-sales responsibilities for vehicle sales from Japan to Suriname, South America. Abdul was responsible for searching for new customers and facilitating negotiations.

During the same period, Abdul also worked at Barclays Bank as a Customer Support Executive. Abdul'srole involved providing excellent customer service over the phone, addressing banking requests and queries, and maintaining communication with branches and the head office.

In 2017, Abdul joined Daraz as a Sr. Prepayments Executive. Abdul'sresponsibilities included managing and analyzing E payments reporting and facilitating prepayments.

Finally, in June 2022, Abdul was promoted to Assistant Manager - E Payments Reporting & Analysis at Daraz, taking on more responsibilities in this role.

Abdul Basit pursued their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree at Karachi University from 2009 to 2011. Abdul specialized in B com during their time at the university.
