H.m. Tanzil

H.M. Tanzil has a diverse work experience in various marketing and communication roles. Starting in 2017, they began their career as an intern at Asiatic Marketing Communications Limited, where they were responsible for digital communications and media buying for multiple clients. They played a key role in launching OBHAI, a ride-sharing app, on social media and other digital platforms.

In 2019, Tanzil joined Octopi Communications Ltd as a Senior Client Service Executive. They supervised and led the ATL team, maintaining relationships with clients such as Dekko Legacy Group, SMC, Aarong Dairy, and others. They successfully supervised the launch of various products and executed photoshoots and video shoots.

Tanzil then joined Evaly in 2020 as an Assistant Manager, and later as a Manager, in Brand & Communication. They developed and executed communication strategies, contributing to the highest sales achieved by the company. They also strategized and executed effective campaigns.

From 2021 to 2022, Tanzil worked as a Manager in Brand & Marketing at Thyrocare Bangladesh Limited, contributing to brand development and marketing strategies.

Currently, Tanzil holds the position of Senior Manager of Affiliate Marketing & Live Commerce (Influencers) at Daraz. They have achieved significant growth in affiliate orders and numbers. As the program lead, they focus on increasing awareness and activating new affiliates.

Throughout their career, Tanzil has demonstrated expertise in marketing, communication, and brand management, contributing to the growth and success of various organizations.

H.M. Tanzil pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Accounting and Information System from the University of Dhaka. This educational journey spanned from 2018 to 2021. Prior to this, Tanzil completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree at North South University from 2012 to 2016. Their BBA degree specialized in Marketing and Finance & Accounting.
