Kamran Baig

Kamran Baig has extensive experience in warehouse management and logistics operations. Kamran is currently employed at Daraz as the Manager Warehouse for Inbound Operations & Cross Boarder Returns, where they oversee daily inventory utilization, stock scheduling, and ensures the accuracy of inventory processing. Kamran also manages smart warehousing projects and automation activities, optimizing product placement for minimized lead time.

Prior to their current role, Kamran worked as the Regional Lead Logistics Operations for a confidential company, where they scheduled and coordinated logistics functions, managed end-to-end transactions, and resolved customer complaints. Kamran also analyzed and forecasted operational tasks and provided training on key tools and procedures for capacity planning.

Before that, Kamran served as the Executive Integrated Warehousing - Inventory, Operations, OHS & QA at DHL Global Forwarding from 2016 to 2020. Kamran was responsible for various aspects of warehouse management, including inventory control, operations, occupational health and safety, and quality assurance.

Earlier in their career, Kamran worked as a Warehouse QA at Midas Safety Careers from 2014 to 2016 and as a Quality Control employee at Dawlance Group of Companies from 2010 to 2014.

Kamran Baig completed their Masters in MBA-SCM from ILMA University - Formerly IBT, from 2016 to 2020. Kamran also holds a CIF and Q&SPC degree from DGF, NPO. Additionally, they have attained certifications such as Certified International Forwarder from DHL Global Forwarding, Strategic Management Professional Level II from Great Learning, and Understand Quality and implementation of statistical process control from the National Productivity Organization.
