Kisal Hettiarachchi's work experience begins in 2011 with a role as an Event Assistant at Global Events. In 2012, they worked as a Field Research Assistant at Nielson Market Research. From 2013, Kisal co-founded and served as a Director at The Lunatics Pvt Ltd. They then transitioned to Pan Asia Banking Corporation PLC in 2013 and held various roles, starting as a Junior Executive Trainee in the Call Center and progressing to Junior Executive I in Service Quality, and later Junior Executive II in Service Quality. In 2019, Kisal joined Kantar LMRB as an Account Manager, where they handled key multinational accounts and served as a product owner for AI-based research technology. Currently, Kisal holds a position at Daraz, starting as a Key Account Manager and now working as a Senior Key Account Manager.

Kisal Hettiarachchi's education history begins with their time at Lyceum International School, where they attended from 2003 to 2011. Following that, they pursued a Foundation degree in Accounting and Business/Management at ACCA, which they completed in 2013. In 2016 and 2017, Kisal obtained a Graduate Diploma in Management from BMS. The next step in their education was at Northumbria University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Management from 2017 to 2018. Continuing their studies in the field of marketing, Kisal enrolled in CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing from 2020 to 2026. Currently, Kisal is completing a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Staffordshire University, which they started in 2022 and expect to finish in 2024.
