Rubaiyat Tabassum

Rubaiyat Tabassum has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles.

Starting in 2015, they worked as a Freelance Writer for Essay and Content Writing Services, where they focused on writing reports and assignments, mainly in the areas of marketing, management, and personal development. This role allowed their to enhance their writing skills.

In 2015, they also joined BIZ BEE as a Senior Executive until December 2016.

Rubaiyat then joined Daraz in 2017. Rubaiyat initially worked as a Management Trainee in Marketing from September 2017 to May 2018. Later, they transitioned to the role of Management Trainee in HR from May 2018 to December 2018. Following that, they briefly worked as a Management Trainee in CSR and Sustainable Development from January 2019 to March 2019. Finally, they were promoted to the position of Senior Executive from April 2019 to August 2021.

Returning to Daraz in 2022, Rubaiyat became an Assistant Manager from January 2022 to May 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Regulatory Operations & Compliance Manager, starting in June 2023.

Overall, Rubaiyat has gained experience in various fields such as writing, executive roles, and management trainee positions.

Rubaiyat Tabassum started their education in 1999 at Shaheed Bir Uttam Lt. Anwar Girl's College, where they completed their Secondary School Certificate in Business/Commerce. Rubaiyat then attended Dhaka Commerce College from 2010 to 2012, obtaining a Higher Secondary Certificate in Business/Commerce, General. Moving forward, they enrolled at BRAC University and graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance and Marketing in 2017. Continuing their education, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Marketing at BRAC University from 2018 to 2021.
