Saba Abid

Saba Abid has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries and roles. Saba is currently working as the VP - Regional Revenue Performance at Daraz since August 2022. Prior to that, they served as the General Manager at Airlift Technologies from November 2019 until July 2022.

From June 2017 to November 2019, Saba Abid worked as the Deputy Director in the Financial Stability Department at the State Bank of Pakistan. In the same year, they also held roles as Adjunct Faculty at Habib University and Visiting Faculty at the Institute of Business Administration from August to December 2017.

Before joining the State Bank of Pakistan, Saba Abid worked as a Consultant at the World Bank Group from May to June 2017. Saba also gained experience as a Markets - Trader and Associate at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York from August 2015 to January 2017.

Earlier in their career, Saba Abid worked as a Business Intelligence Analyst at CargoMetrics from March 2014 to May 2015. Saba also served as an EDF Climate Corps at Tiffany & Co. and a Project Consultant at MasterCard in 2014.

Saba Abid pursued their higher education from 2013 to 2015 at The Fletcher School at Tufts University, where they obtained a Master of International Business degree with a focus on International Monetary Policy and International Finance. Prior to that, they attended the University of Warwick from 2007 to 2010, earning a Bachelor of Science degree with Honors in Mathematics, Operational Research, Statistics, and Economics (MORSE). Their educational journey began at Karachi Grammar School, although the specific dates and degrees earned during this period are unknown.
