Sandra Parra has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Sandra joined Mixtiles in 2018 and has held multiple positions, including Spanish Customer Service Manager, Customer Service Manager, and currently Customer Operations Manager. In these roles, Sandra has been responsible for managing customer service teams, developing and implementing customer service strategies, overseeing daily operations, monitoring and improving customer service metrics, resolving complex issues, and analyzing data to improve service quality and profitability. Before joining Mixtiles, Sandra worked at Wallapop as a Customer Service Representative, where they managed queries related to payment, shipping, and technical support. Prior to that, they had brief stints as a Junior Account Executive at Marco de Comunicacion and Home to Home. Sandra began their career as an Administrative Specialist at Nuthiling Language School and later at Home to Home, where they managed foreign language courses abroad.

Sandra Parra completed a Posgrado en Usabilidad y Experiencia del Cliente Digital from IEBS in 2019-2020. Prior to that, they pursued a Grado en Comunicación with a focus on Comunicacion corporativa y Relaciones Publicas from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya from 2011 to 2016. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification in SQL Essential Training from LinkedIn in March 2021.
