Sajawal Khokhar has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Sajawal started their career at SUN TV as a Customer Care Professional from February 2012 to April 2014. Sajawal then joined Oriflame Cosmetics as a Customer Service Representative, where they interacted with customers and resolved their issues and complaints from May 2014 to May 2017. Sajawal then transitioned to Daaman Designs where they worked as an Ecommerce Manager, handling social media platforms and customer queries via calls, emails, and live chats from June 2017 to October 2018. After that, they joined Daraz as a Sellers Claims Executive, managing seller claims and providing support from November 2018 to December 2020. Sajawal later became a Community Manager at Daraz, where they liaised with the Community Management team and executed social media campaigns from December 2020 to May 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Team Lead Community Management at Daraz, responsible for implementing and growing the long-term social media strategy in line with marketing objectives. Overall, Sajawal Khokhar has gained extensive experience in customer service, ecommerce management, and community management throughout their career.

Sajawal Khokhar holds a High School Diploma from St. Patrick's High School in Karachi. Sajawal then attended Karachi University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree. Sajawal further pursued their education at Iqra University (Official), where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
