Shahadat Hossain Jami

Shahadat Hossain Jami has a diverse work experience in various companies. Shahadat started their career in 2013 as a Team Lead at Legato Services Ltd., where they were responsible for monitoring the team's performance and ensuring they meet their performance metrics. In 2015, they joined Daraz as a Sr. Executive Customer Service, where they processed customer orders, answered queries, and assisted in selling processes. Shahadat also specialized in Zendesk ticketing. In 2017, Jami took on multiple roles at Daraz, including Manager of Regional Operations and Executive of Strategic Planning & Management. Currently, they are the Head of Acquisition Performance at Daraz. In 2017, they briefly worked as a Data Analyst Specialist at Chattermill. Throughout their career, Jami has demonstrated skills in customer service, team leadership, data analysis, and strategic planning.

Shahadat Hossain Jami began their education in 2007 at Adamjee Cantonment College, where they earned a Higher Secondary Certificate with a focus on Business Studies. From 2010 to 2015, they attended Government Titumir College and completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in Finance and Banking. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance and Banking at the University of Dhaka from 2016 to 2017.
