Tajshree Rana has a solid work experience in the field of Human Resources. Tajshree started their career as an HR Intern at LIS Nepal Pvt. Ltd. in November 2018, where they gained valuable exposure to HR practices. Tajshree then joined Laxmi Group as an HR Officer in July 2019 and was promoted to Assistant HR Manager in July 2021. In this role, they specialized in Performance Management, Training & Development, and Competency Management. Tajshree was responsible for designing training programs, conducting training needs analysis, and managing the performance management cycle. Tajshree also prepared the HR budget for training and development and oversaw the training calendar. In February 2022, they joined Daraz, an Alibaba Group company, as a Jr People & Organisation Manager. Their role mainly focused on Compensation & Benefits administration, where they managed payroll processes, maintained compensation databases, and prepared necessary documentation for statutory payments. Tajshree's diverse experience has equipped their with a strong foundation in various HR functions.

Tajshree Rana completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a specialization in marketing from Kathmandu University (KU) between 2012 and 2016. Tajshree then pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Kathmandu University School of Management from 2017 to 2019. In 2021, they obtained a postgraduate degree in Counseling Psychology from Public Administration Campus (PAC), Tribhuvan University (TU). Additionally, Tajshree Rana earned a certification in Talent Acquisition Training from Prof Santosh Ragnekar (IIT) in September 2021.
