Joanne Henderson

Joanne Henderson is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience at Darden, serving as Senior Director of Human Resources since August 2020. Prior to this role, Joanne held positions including Employee Relations Director and Manager of Employee Relations for Specialty Restaurants, where support was provided to several high-profile brands. Joanne's career at Darden began in January 2007, progressing through various roles in employee relations. Earlier experience includes a position as Human Resources Representative at Transeastern Homes from February 2003 to January 2007. Joanne holds a Master of Science in Human Relations and Business from Amberton University, a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication from Rollins College, and an Associate of Arts in Psychology from Valencia College.
