Winston Williams

Winston Williams serves as the Director of Operations at Darden, a role held since August 2014, managing a portfolio of 8 to 12 restaurants and supervising a workforce of 1,500 to 2,000 individuals, including General Managers and Restaurant Managers. Prior to this position, Winston spent a decade at Olive Garden, progressing from Manager to General Manager. Currently pursuing a degree in Business Leadership with a focus on Business Administration and Management at The University of Arizona Global Campus, Winston also holds an educational background from Alabama State University.
