Rickia Cox

Rickia Cox is a professional with diverse experience in communications, event planning, and customer engagement. Currently serving as a Summer Intern (Professional Clothier) and Sales Representative at Dardis Academy since May 2014, Rickia has acquired extensive professional communication training under CEO Greg Dardis. As the owner of Kitsy Lane, an online jewelry boutique, Rickia focuses on brand promotion and client relationship building through events like trunk shows and private styling sessions. Previous roles include Volunteer Coordinator at Ho-Chunk Sports Baseball Complex, where Rickia managed logistics and community outreach, and Volunteer Event Planner for the Campus Activity Board, planning large-scale events for university students. An internship with United Airlines involved public relations and human resources tasks, notably organizing a breast cancer awareness event. Rickia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Community Leadership and Civic Engagement from Northern Illinois University and graduated from School of The Arts High School.
