Kim Fransman

Kim Fransman has over 12 years of work experience in the tech industry. They started their career as a Frontend Developer at Inveniro in 2008. In 2010, they joined Seek Solutions as a Lead Developer. From 2011 to 2013, Kim worked as a Developer at Zmart Group S.A. They then moved to Zmart Dev Sweden AB in 2013, where they served as a Developer extraordinär. In 2014, Kim joined Screen Interaction as a Senior Web Developer and later became a Technical Lead in 2016. In 2017, Kim worked at Mynewsdesk as a Developer, specializing in Ruby (Rails) and React. In the same year, they also joined Daresay Digital Agency as a Senior Web Application Developer. In 2019, Kim became a Team Lead/Tech Lead/Developer at Daresay, and in 2020, they were promoted to Tech Director. In this role, Kim provides leadership, strategy, technical guidance, and trend watching in various technical environments, while also being part of the management team.

Kim Fransman attended Södertörn University from 2003 to 2005, studying IT, media, and design. In 2006 to 2007, Kim attended Medieskolan, focusing on graphic design. Earlier, from 2000 to 2003, Kim studied at Nynäshamns Gymnasium, but the specific field of study is unknown.
