Josie Cassens

Josie joined Darien Group in 2022 in pursuit of a role with a healthy dose of communication, a high degree of attention to detail, and the opportunity to grow her skill set in branding and marketing. Prior to joining Darien Group, she worked in luxury travel and entertainment holding a variety of responsibilities including planning and executing client itineraries and writing detailed and compelling script coverage, respectively. Her successes in her previous roles hinged on her organizational skills, writing abilities, and creative problem-solving. These skills have no doubt carried over to her duties as an Account Manager.

She graduated from the University of Chicago in 2021 with B.A.s. in Economics and Art History. Despite having her undergraduate experience interrupted by the pandemic, she was able to both study abroad in Rome to further her Art History studies and take courses at the Booth School of Business to tailor her Economics degree to a Business and Behavioral Economics specialization.
