Cassandra Roberts

Cassandra Roberts has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Cassandra is currently employed as a Laboratory Technician at Darigold since July 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Quality Assurance Specialist at Stahlbush Island Farms from May 2020 to June 2021. Cassandra also gained experience as a UDHS Food Service Worker at Oregon State University from September 2018 to May 2020.

Cassandra's previous role as an Assistant Microbiologist at Tillamook County Creamery Association, from May 2011 to October 2017, involved isolating bacteria in milk, conducting pathogen testing on dairy samples, and maintaining accurate lab records.

Before pursuing their career in the food industry, Cassandra worked as a Lab Researcher at the University of Idaho from December 2010 to May 2011, as a Graduate Student from August 2007 to December 2010, and as an Undergraduate Researcher from February 2006 to July 2007.

Cassandra also gained experience in veterinary care as a Veterinary Clinic Care provider at Cedar Veterinary Hospital from October 2003 to August 2004.

Cassandra Roberts pursued their education in a chronological manner, with their most recent academic experience being a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from Oregon State University. Cassandra attended Oregon State University from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they completed their Masters degree in Animal Science at the University of Idaho, where they studied from 2007 to 2010. Before their Masters, they earned a B.S. in Microbiology in 2007 from the University of Idaho. Lastly, Cassandra began their undergraduate journey at the University of Idaho in 2001 and acquired a B.S. degree in Animal Science in 2005.
