Erin Graf

Erin Graf has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources and Total Rewards. Erin started their career as a Benefits Assistant at Dickstein Shapiro LLP in 2008, and quickly progressed to roles such as Benefits Coordinator, Benefits Administrator, and Benefits Manager. Erin joined Darigold in 2015 as a Leader in Benefits, Compensation, and HR Systems, where they contributed for three years before becoming the Sr Director of HR Operations and Total Rewards. Currently, Erin holds the position of VP of Human Resources and Total Rewards at Darigold since January 2023. In addition to their corporate experience, Erin also gained practical knowledge as a Human Resources Intern at Monarch Industries and a Compensation and Benefits Intern at Women and Infants Hospital in 2008 and 2007 respectively.

Erin Graf holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Capital Management from American University - Kogod School of Business. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Health Policy & Management and Business Studies from Providence College. In addition to their degrees, Erin has obtained certifications such as SHRM-CP from SHRM in July 2015 and Professional in Human Resources from HRCI in December 2012.
