Sam Parsons

Sam Parsons, CPA has extensive work experience in the field of accounting. Sam began their career as a Staff Accountant at Quantum in 2004, where they worked until 2008. They then moved on to become a Senior Accountant at Quantum from 2007 to 2008.

In 2009, Sam joined FTI Consulting as a Senior Accountant and later transitioned into the role of Accounting Manager from 2012 to 2016. Following their time at FTI Consulting, Sam worked at VMC as an Accounting Manager for a brief period in 2017.

Currently, Sam is employed at Darigold, where they initially took on the role of Corporate Accounting Manager from 2017 to 2021. They have since been promoted to the position of Senior Manager - Accounting, which they currently hold.

Sam Parsons, CPA completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from the University of Washington from 2000 to 2004. Following this, Sam pursued a Master of Professional Accounting (MPAcc) with a specialization in Accounting - Auditing & Assurance from the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business during the period from 2008 to 2009.

In January 2012, Sam Parsons obtained the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the Washington State Board of Accountancy.
