Maxine Baja

Maxine Baja has over 10 years of professional experience in program management, business development, marketing, public relations, production and customer service/claims. In 2020, they began working as the Director of Program Management for Daring. From 2013 to 2020, they worked at Rokkan, where they held the roles of Associate Director of Program Management, Senior Producer, Producer, and Associate Producer. From 2011 to 2013, they worked at Jack Morton Worldwide as a Business Development Associate and Business Development Coordinator. In 2010, they worked at HM Marketing as a Marketing Coordinator, where they strategically drove business development and oversaw and facilitated development of marketing campaigns. In 2009, they worked at McEntyre Public Relations as an Assistant Account Executive and at CBS Corporation as a Production Assistant and Production Intern. From 2007 to 2009, they worked at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey as a Customer Service/Claims Rep.
