Sara Woldt

Sara Woldt has a diverse work experience. Sara began their career in 2008 as a Technical Aide at 3M, where they remained until 2011. During that time, they held several roles, including Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Value Stream Manager, Production Supervisor, Senior Value Stream Engineer, and Advanced Product Development Engineer. In 2011, they moved to H.B. Fuller, where they were a Scientist. In 2012, they returned to 3M, where they held the roles of Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Value Stream Manager, Production Supervisor, Senior Value Stream Engineer, and Advanced Product Development Engineer. In 2020, they joined Beyond Meat as Senior Manager of External Manufacturing and Manager of External Manufacturing. Currently, they are the Director of Contract Manufacturing and Commercialization at Daring.

Sara Woldt holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and Chemistry from the University of Minnesota. Sara has also obtained certifications in Agile Scrum and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from 3M.
