Tim Pantzlaff has over 20 years of experience in sales operations, analysis, and solution development. Tim began their career in 2001 as a Business Planner at Birds Eye Foods. In 2004, they moved to The J.M. Smucker Company as a Trade Marketing Manager. In 2006, they joined Sargento Foods Inc. as a Trade Promotions Manager, where they developed and implemented a new post promotional analysis process. In 2009, they moved to SC Johnson as a Category Sales Manager and BPT Lead Consultant - Sales, where they successfully executed the launches of Windex Outdoor AIO and Drano Snake Plus. In 2012, they joined Traditional Medicinals, Inc. as a Sales Services Director and Senior Manager - Sales Services, where they designed and staffed the Sales Services department and developed an Annual Planning Volume model. In 2021, they joined Adesso Solutions as a Vice President of Analysis & Solution Development and Vice President of Client Effectiveness. Tim is currently the Director of Sales Operations at Daring.

Tim Pantzlaff obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater between 1996 and 2000. In 2020, they obtained five additional certifications: Machine Learning from Coursera in May, Artificial Intelligence Foundations: Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence Foundations: Neural Networks from LinkedIn in February, and Introduction to Data Science and Python Quick Start from LinkedIn in February.
