Cynthia Ann Hobbs, MSN, RN, CPHQ has extensive experience in healthcare management and clinical quality. Cynthia Ann is currently the Director of Quality Management at DarioHealth. Previously, they worked at Humana in various roles, including Director of Clinical Quality Office of the Chief Medical Officer and Strategic Consultant in Provider Analytics and Transparency. Cynthia Ann also served as the Market Medical Officer for Kentucky, representing Humana's commercial market business segment. Prior to that, they worked at Anthem/Wellpoint as a Senior Health Information Consultant, analyzing data metrics and developing strategic initiatives. Cynthia Ann has also held positions at Carena Physicians Kentucky as a Regional Clinical Manager and Floyd Memorial Hospital and Healthcare Services as a Clinical Supervisor/Educator for Surgical Services. Cynthia Ann began their career as a Circulating Nurse at the University of Louisville Healthcare and Norton Healthcare.

Cynthia Ann Hobbs MSN, RN, CPHQ received their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Nursing from Indiana University Southeast in 2004. Cynthia Ann then went on to earn their Master of Science (MS) degree in Nurse Administration from Indiana University Indianapolis between 2006 and 2008.
