Courtney Lill has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2012, they worked as a Temporary Order Processing Coordinator at Screenvision Media, where they assisted with a major computer system transition and communicated with Sales Representatives across the country. In 2013, Courtney became an NXP Product Specialist/Customer Service at Newtex, managing web leads and providing sales support.

In 2014, Courtney joined Community Brands as an Office Coordinator, where they assisted with trade show coordination and oversaw ordering and inventory of branded items. Courtney later became a Marketing Coordinator, organizing marketing campaigns and providing support for customer conferences. Moving up to the role of Marketing Events Manager, Courtney continued to excel in event management.

Later, they became a Senior Marketing Operations Manager, managing marketing operations and reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing.

Currently, Courtney Lill holds the position of Director of Marketing Operations at DarioHealth, starting in 2023.

Courtney Lill completed their education with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Fashion and Textile Management: Brand Management and Marketing from North Carolina State University in 2012. Courtney later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Marketing at the University of Iowa from 2020 to 2022. Additionally, they obtained various certifications in fields such as Account-Based Experience, Email Marketing, HubSpot Marketing and Sales software, Marketing Leadership, Digital Marketing, and HubSpot Reporting.
