John Radabaugh

John Radabaugh has extensive experience in law enforcement and community service, currently serving as Board Chair for Helpline of Delaware and Morrow Counties since April 2012. Instructing for the Ohio Attorney General's Office Interpersonal Violence Response Training Team since January 2010, John educates law enforcement and first responders on best practices for handling interpersonal violence incidents. As a Stewards of Children Facilitator for Darkness to Light since January 2009, John focuses on child sexual abuse prevention. Additionally, John has chaired the Delaware County Sexual Assault Response Team since January 2005, enhancing inter-agency communication for victim support and prosecution. A Detective Sergeant with the Delaware Police Department since June 1993, John supervises a team of five detectives while managing investigative caseloads. John is also a graduate of the Ohio Peace Officer Training Academy.
