Suann Guthrie

Suann Guthrie has served as Senior Vice President – Investor Relations, Sustainability and Global Communications since January 2023, having joined Darling Ingredients in January 2022 with more than 25 years of leadership across strategy development, media and investor relations, public and government affairs, corporate communications, crisis management and ESG. In her role, Ms. Guthrie reports to the Chairman and CEO, and the Board ESG Committee. Prior to Darling Ingredients, Ms. Guthrie served as a communications executive in the technology industry. She began her career at BNSF Railway in 2000, spanning several communications roles. In 2013, Ms. Guthrie joined ExxonMobil where she served as head of global public and government affairs for unconventional development. At ExxonMobil, Ms. Guthrie was instrumental in driving impactful industry sustainability initiatives, such as methane mitigation and natural gas flaring reduction. Ms. Guthrie holds a degree in journalism from Western Washington University in Bellingham, Washington.
