Jennifer Thabet

Jennifer Thabet, J.D., PMP, currently serves as Program Director at the Small Business Programs Office (SBPO) of the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) since January 2020, overseeing Congressionally mandated SBIR and STTR programs while enhancing small business contributions to revolutionary technologies. Previously, Jennifer Thabet was a Program Manager and Senior Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton for 13 years, managing large DoD contracts and supporting various operational roles. Earlier experience includes positions as an attorney at Payne and Associates, a summer associate at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP and Sallie Mae, and a paralegal at Williams & Connolly, LLP. Jennifer Thabet holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from The George Washington University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from Washington University in St. Louis.
