Merav Dorfan

Merav Dorfan began their work experience as a Kitchen Manager & Barista at Aroma Cafe in 2011. In 2012, they worked as a Shift Manager at Panko Sushi Bar. From 2014 to 2015, they served as an Operations Assistant at Nutramed Group- Health Innovations Ltd. Merav then worked as a Teaching Assistant at the University at Albany in 2015. In the same year, they also joined Success Academy Charter Schools as an Associate Teacher. In 2017, they started working at enableit LLC as an Associate Recruiter and later became a Sr. Associate, Recruiter, and Team Manager until 2019. From 2019 to 2022, they worked at Essence, initially as a Talent Management Services Coordinator and later as a Sr Talent Management Services Specialist. Currently, they hold the position of People Ops Manager at Darrow, starting in 2022.

Merav Dorfan received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from the University at Albany, SUNY. Merav pursued their education at this institution from 2012 to 2016.
