Joni Menard DNP, RN, CENP has a strong background in nursing leadership and management. Joni served as the Vice President of Ambulatory Nursing at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center starting in November 2018. Prior to that, they were the Director of Nursing for Ambulatory Operations at Dartmouth-Hitchcock from December 2016. In 2015, they held the position of Director of Nursing Operations at Norris Cotton Cancer Center. From January 2012 to January 2015, Joni Menard was the Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer at Elliot Hospital. In this role, they were responsible for managing and directing nursing services, building a strong leadership role for nursing services, and advocating for the patient and nursing staff. Joni also focused on developing a progressive team dedicated to providing high-quality care and services to patients, physicians, and colleagues.

Joni Menard holds a Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree from Capella University, completed between 2015 and 2019. Prior to their DNP, they obtained a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) in Nursing Administration from the University of New Hampshire from 1990 to 1993. Their educational journey began with a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of New Hampshire between 1980 and 1984. In addition to their academic achievements, Joni Menard also acquired certification in Executive Nursing Practice (CENP) from the American Organization of Nurse Executives (AONE) in January 2011.
