Susannah Copland has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, specifically in population health, value-based care, and performance improvement. Susannah currently serves as the Director of Strategic Operations and Performance Improvement at Dartmouth-Hitchcock, where they lead value-based care initiatives and manages the Employee Health plan. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Director of Population Health and Care Management at Health Catalyst, where they supported client implementation of value-based care models and oversaw the design and deployment of cross-continuum initiatives. Susannah also served as the Director of Population Health Performance Improvement at Lahey Accountable Care Unit, where they advanced the application of population health strategies to support the organization's performance in alternative payment arrangements. Susannah Copland attained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Geography from Swansea University, where they studied from 1995 to 1998. Susannah later pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Health Systems Management and Public Health from the University of London, School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, completing their studies from 2003 to 2006.
