Ashling Mc Grory

Ashling is an Associate at Dartmouth Partners, co-ordinating with the Dartmouth Academy initiative that was established in 2021.

In her Dartmouth Academy role, she works with schools and those looking to plan their future careers to access opportunities that match students’ talents and career interests. Ashling is passionate about collaborating with and helping others unlock their potential, whether socially, in their careers, or in learning.

Her academic background is in education and fine art. Prior to joining Dartmouth Ashling’s professional roles include higher education student services and social impact and value management where she worked with corporate, educational, and non-profit organisations.
