Lucy is an Associate Director in the HR practice at Dartmouth where she focuses on placing senior Compensation, Benefits, and HR Analytics professionals across all sectors, with a particular specialism in Financial Services.

Having spent the last decade in recruitment and more recently, executive search, Lucy brings with her a wealth of knowledge about what makes a talented reward leader and the impact that they can have on the attraction and retention of colleagues in a challenging market. She is an honest and highly approachable individual who prides herself on building a true partnerships with candidates and clients alike.

Lucy’s interest in human behaviour stemmed from her degree in Psychology. She is a gym enthusiast and loves a challenge; this year she will be running a half marathon a month for charity.
