Tom Lamb is currently the Director at Dartmouth Partners, an award-winning recruitment consultancy. Prior to this, Tom held the position of Head of Financial Services at Alexander Ash Consulting for a substantial period. With a BA Hons in English from Kingston University, Tom has a strong background in executive search consultancy within the financial services and consulting industries.
