Kim Rosenfield

Kim Rosenfield serves as the Director of Technology Transfer at Dartmouth College since July 2017, with previous roles including Interim Director and Deputy Director. In addition, Kim is the Managing Director at 147 Holdings, overseeing operations and private investments in biomedical and technology sectors. Kim's extensive experience includes positions such as Senior Director at MIT, Consultant at Partners HealthCare Innovation, and General Counsel at the Research Foundation for SUNY, among others. Kim’s legal expertise encompasses technology licensing, commercial agreements, and corporate governance, supported by a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law and a BA from Yale University.
