Zachary Glass

Zachary Glass has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Zachary began their career in 2007 as a Cadet in the United States Air Force, where they received extensive training in military basics and leadership. Zachary then joined Venyu in 2012 as a NOC Technician, where they had the responsibility of monitoring critical systems and maintaining documentation. From there, they progressed to the role of Systems/Delivery Services Technician, troubleshooting and supporting issues related to Venyu's product suite. In 2016, Zachary became a Data Center Manager for Venyu, overseeing the day-to-day operational aspects of the company's Tier III rated data center. Zachary later transitioned to the role of Data Center Site and Project Manager, where they coordinated with stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of installation, changes, and decommissions in the data center. Most recently, Zachary joined DartPoints in 2023 as a Project Manager.

Zachary Glass has a solid educational background in computer information systems and systems engineering management. Zachary obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Information Systems from Louisiana Tech University, where they studied from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they pursued coursework towards a B.S. degree in Information Systems and Decision Sciences at Louisiana State University in 2009. Zachary also engaged in coursework towards a B.S. degree in Systems Engineering Management at the United States Air Force Academy from 2007 to 2009.

Additionally, Zachary has acquired several certifications to enhance their skill set. Zachary obtained the ITIL Foundation v3 certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in October 2015. In April 2015, they earned the Data Center Certified Associate certification from Schneider Electric. Furthermore, they acquired the Microsoft Technology Associate - 98-365 certification from Microsoft in September 2014.
