Barbara Schrafel

Barbara Schrafel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client relationship management and audience development. Currently serving as Senior Client Relationship Manager at Darwin CX since May 2024, Barbara previously held the role of Director of Audience Development at Stamats Communications from February 1992 to May 2024, where responsibilities included developing marketing plans for audience retention and acquisition, as well as managing publication audit reports for BPA filings. Prior experience includes serving as Retail Store Manager at The Musicland Group from 1983 to 1991. Barbara holds multiple Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Management, Business Administration, and Marketing from Mount Mercy University, obtained between 2000 and 2003.
