Client Relationship Manager at USI Consulting Group

Stephanie Sanchez has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Stephanie is currently employed as a Relationship Manager at USI Consulting Group since May 2022.

Before joining USI, Stephanie worked at Empower Retirement from 2017 to 2022. During this time, they served as a Senior Client Service Manager in Government Markets and as a Client Service Manager in Corporate Markets.

Prior to Empower Retirement, Stephanie worked at AmeriFlex® Financial Services from 2014 to 2016. Stephanie first held the position of Client Service Representative, where they obtained several licenses and provided administrative support to new financial advisors. Later, Stephanie became a Financial Planning Associate, responsible for creating meeting materials, conducting client meetings, and developing retirement plans.

In 2013, Stephanie worked as an Operations Manager at Pensionmark Financial Group. Their responsibilities included conducting consultations and education meetings, providing technical support to retirement plan participants, and assisting with financial account changes.

Stephanie also gained experience in volunteer management at the Santa Barbara Museum of Natural History and Sea Center from 2012 to 2013. As Volunteer Manager, they recruited and led over 350 volunteers and implemented successful recruitment strategies.

Furthermore, Stephanie worked as a Community Manager at Sprout Up from 2011 to 2012. In this role, they managed recruitment activities, conducted interviews, and increased community involvement through outreach and event management.

Stephanie also has experience in outreach and program coordination at Food Bank Santa Barbara County from 2011 to 2012. Stephanie conducted informational presentations, managed client registration, and conducted outreach for the Cal Fresh program.

Additionally, Stephanie worked as a Development Assistant (Volunteer Intern) at Casa Serena in 2011, where they provided support in maintaining donor information and coordinating event logistics.

Furthermore, they served as an Administrative Assistant at the Family Vacation Center from 2008 to 2010, handling administrative duties and managing schedules to enhance family vacation experiences.

Lastly, Stephanie gained event planning experience as an Event Planning Supervisor at the UCSB Alumni Association from 2008 to 2010. Stephanie planned and implemented alumni-student events, supervised staff, managed budgets, and coordinated fundraising efforts.

Stephanie Sanchez completed their Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Studies from UC Santa Barbara between the years 2007 and 2011. Prior to this, they obtained their High School diploma from El Diamante High School. In addition to their formal education, Stephanie also holds certifications in FINRA Series 6 and FINRA Series 7 from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
