Andy Boyum

Andy Boyum has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Andy is currently the COO at Darwin Homes since March 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of General Partner and Vice President of Property Operations at SFR3 Fund from May 2020 to February 2023. Before that, they worked at Roofstock as Head of Operations from June 2019 to May 2020 and as Director of Property & Asset Management from October 2016 to May 2019. Andy also served as Director of Acquisitions & Asset Management at HomeUnion from March 2016 to October 2016. In addition, they have held roles at Invitation Homes/Waypoint Homes as National Director of Dispositions from April 2014 to March 2016 and as a Regional Acquisitions & Operations Manager from April 2012 to March 2014. Earlier in their career, they worked at The Concord Group, LLC in various roles including Engagement Director, Engagement Manager, and Associate from April 2005 to March 2012. Andy also gained experience as a Research/Public Policy Analyst at Orange County Business Council from July 2004 to June 2005 and as a Planning Assistant at City Of Hermosa Beach from May 2003 to October 2003.
