Katie Wells has over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry. In 2022, they joined Darwin Homes as the Head of Client Advisory Services, where they drive client onboarding, implementation, and engagement initiatives by developing models, methodologies, and thoughtful strategies to ensure customer adoption and enable the growth of a multi-faceted PropTech start-up. Prior to this, they were the Director of Team Operations at McGraw Realtors from 2007-2022. During their tenure, they developed leadership strengths through a series of increasingly responsible roles, enabling parallel growth by driving business process improvements and a digital transformation that provided a foundation for expansion. Katie also led all aspects of the day-to-day business, team management, and sales operations for a seven-member top-producing sales team generating over $10M in annual sales.

Katie Wells has been pursuing a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Western Governors University, which they are expected to complete in 2023. Katie is also currently studying for a Master of Arts (MA) in Women's Studies and Gender Studies at Loyola University Chicago. Katie previously obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Sociology from Oklahoma State University. In addition, they have obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including Corporate Finance Foundations, Data Analytics for Business Professionals, Google Sheets Advanced Tips and Tricks, Product Management: Building a Product Roadmap, and Product Management: Customer Development. Katie also holds a Real Estate Broker/Sales Agent certification from the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission.
