Avinash R Mugali

Avinash R Mugali has a diverse and extensive work experience in various customer experience and support roles. Most recently, they served as the Head of Customer Experience at Darwinbox, where they led the Customer Excellence Department and played a crucial role in supporting all levels of support offered. Prior to that, Avinash worked as the Senior Director of Global Product Support at Cialfo, where they led the Global Product Support Experience team.

Before joining Cialfo, Avinash held the position of Director - Global Customer Experience Operations at Elementor and Director of Support, APAC at the same company. Avinash R was responsible for overseeing customer experience operations and support in these roles.

Earlier in their career, Avinash worked at Planful as the Director of Customer Care, where they managed the support, success, and training teams. Avinash R also held the role of Senior Manager - Product Support, Customer Success & Training at Planful.
