Isabelle Cavelier is an experienced professional in data transformation and strategic program management, currently serving as an Associate Partner and Transformation Leader at Darwin X since September 2019. Prior to this role, Isabelle gained significant expertise as a Transformation Leader at SCIAM and held various positions at BNP Paribas Personal Finance and BNP Paribas Corporate and Institutional Banking, including Senior Consultant, Head of Prime Services Europe, and Deputy Head of Confirmations & Flow Trade Process. Throughout a career spanning nearly two decades in the finance sector, Isabelle has focused on delivering value through strategy definition, implementation, and client support, particularly for hedge funds. Isabelle's educational background includes a Master's degree in Economy from Lancaster University and a Design Thinker certification from dthinking academy, among other qualifications from NEOMA Business School and Avans University of Applied Sciences.
