Charlotte Raynes

Charlotte Raynes has extensive work experience spanning different industries. Charlotte currently serves as the Interim Head of Resilience at DAS UK Group, where they are responsible for leading the workplace transformation and change program. Prior to this, they held various roles at DAS UK Group, including Change Leader and Programme Lead for property and facilities.

Charlotte also has experience in the finance industry, serving as a Non-Executive Director of Ovation Finance Ltd and a Trustee Director of the Ovation Employee Ownership Trust.

Before transitioning into the finance and insurance sectors, Charlotte worked in the office interior design and consultancy industry.
